Joseph S. Rumbaugh Historical Oration Contest

The contest begins at the local level from which students may eventually advance to the state and national levels leading up to the annual SAR Congress in July. The National Association of Secondary School Principals had placed this program on the 2017-18 NASSP List of Approved Contests, Programs, and Activities for Students.
